 Impact merch & the church shop FAQs

  • The Church Shop is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you or your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

    However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, The Church Shop offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with their team by completing the "Submit Issue" form below  and provide a clear photo or video showing the issue.

    SUBMIT ISSUE

    If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. You may send a video via the Submit issue form above or to hello@thechurch.shop.

    Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, The Church Shop will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. 

  • The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged or misprinted, then please get in touch with The Church Shop team with a photo within two weeks time at hello@thechurch.shop

  • If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let The Church Shop team know and they'll get you sorted out.

    Once an order is completed, the sale is final. The Church Shop usually begins the fulfillment processes within 24 hours of purchase. 

    If there is a reason you need a refund and The Church Shop has not started printing, they will have the right to refund your order minus transaction fees (~3.5%).

  • The Church Shop gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through their payment processor Stripe & Paypal.

  • Some states, yes. Others, no. Just depends on the tax laws and their organization.

  • Fulfillment times are about 5-10 days depending on the method. Shipping is about 3-5 days. On average expect your item to arrive in about 2 weeks. See our shipping and fulfillment info.

    Please note: During times of high volume, i.e. holidays or a large event, our processing and shipping time may be extended. Deliveries may be delayed due to USPS carrier issues or weather conditions.

  • Most orders have tracking, you can find the tracking number on your account when the item moves from "Being Fulfilled" to completed (Shipped). 

  • For bulk orders or exceptions where you may need rush shipping. Please email hello@thechurch.shop

  • The Church Shop team has got your back! Did you receive an item that has hole, seam pop or off-print? Mistakes happen, it's not personal and very rare. The Church Shop team can fix it! Reach out to hello@thechurch.shop and they'll get you a replacement.

  • The Church Shop is terribly sorry for the mix-up and any inconvenience! Please reach out to theshop.chm@gmail.com.  They'll get it all corrected!


  • As with any store, online or not, not all garments are the same. Some might run smaller or fit looser, even if they’re the same size. It’s important to take a look at the size guide to understand how the particular garment will fit. The Church Shop team always tries to note down where they know that a garment runs smaller than usual, but if you discover inconsistent sizing issues with a garment, let them know.

  • Most of our items are pre-shrunk.  We still recommend washing in cool water and hang dry or tumble dry on low to prevent additional shrinkage and keep your designs fresh!
